Lampe Lake Homes
The Lampe area is really just a lake community that has a post office. It is between Kimberling City and Blue Eye and also runs along Highway 86 West toward Shell Knob. It has some rural parts that are very rustic and tranquil. There are all types of residential properties scattered along the lake that are accessed from the Lampe addresses.
One of the best parts of the Lampe area is the convenience of Dogwood Canyon. A wonderful attraction owned and developed by Johnny Morris of Bass Pro Shops. With over 10,000 acres of a nature lover’s paradise, it has crystal-clear trout streams, waterfalls, hiking trails, bicycle trails, horseback adventures, Segway rentals, as well as tram rides to see longhorn cattle, buffalo and elk in the higher meadowlands that stretch into Arkansas. The park has a wonderful restaurant which is also a draw for the area and people drive from all around to come and enjoy. And all of this is in the Lampe area.
