Reeds Spring Lake Homes
Reeds Spring is a town with a lot of Ozarks history. It is built around its name sake spring which is a nice active spring that has served this community for years. The old town itself comes and goes with businesses and has restaurants and antique stores mostly.
We spend a lot of time with buyers showing Reeds Spring vacation homes on Table Rock Lake because of the proximity to Branson and Springfield. Branson is about 18 miles away with Silver Dollar City about halfway in between. Springfield is about 25 miles North and is an easy commute as well. The Reeds Spring School District is a popular reason for choosing this area as well. The school growth just keeps on multiplying every year and their district takes in the areas of Kimberling City, Branson West, Indian Point, Cape Fair and even some of Branson. If you are looking for lake property, the Reeds Spring area has a nice variety of homes and you can even have a home not on the lake and still be able to access the lake in less than 20 minutes if you own a slip in a community dock on the lake nearby.
